I have been going to Big O Tires for over 10 years and Robert is the person I work with. I live in Malibu and work in San Francisco. My 2017 BMW 330i had a right rear tire the seemed be going flat. I took it to a local place in Malibu and they said that could not find anything wrong and it must be the tire sensor and I should come back. Instead I drove to The Tire Man Agoura as the tire was going to be flat soon. They found a small screw in the tire and fixed it. Robert and the team are the best and worth the drive;

I have been to this location twice, once for a flat and once for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times I experienced amazing service. Staff have been friendly and helpful with my needs. The services were all done within a reasonable time frame.

I had 2 visits to this location this month. I’ve been to local spots for tires before but honestly, Big O has been the best. They’re fast. The service desk folks are always courteous and helpful. I feel like I got a good price on my new tires and they patch for free. Big O all the way!

This is a pretty small place with relatively limited extra parking and they are ALWAYS busy, so plan accordingly. And tire stuff just tends to take some time, so again plan accordingly. You are not the only nor first one there to get stuff done. That said, I showed up after 4 pm to get a leak fixed, fully expecting to drop off the car and pick it up after they get to it the next morning. They actually didn't have much room to keep it overnight (who waits 2 days to pick up their fixed car??) but they luckily were able to patch the leak right then. It was on the rack in 5 minutes and I was outta there in a bit less than an hour. [Note, this will definitely not always happen]. Flat repairs have gone up a lot over the years...it was $50...but it is what it is and still cheaper than a $250+ new tire. It costs a lot to run a business nowadays. So no real complaints the past few times I've been there.
