Joe and another awesome gentleman were great. My phone had a black screen and I wasn't able to access the settings. The other gentleman (sorry Sir I didn't see your name tag because I didn't have my glasses) fixed it in 2 seconds. Joe went through all my upgrade options. I will he back next week to upgrade. I wanted to do it today but I had another engagement but I will drive all the way back there just because of their amazing level of customer service. I have a location 5 minutes from my home and they are 20 minutes away.

I'm actually a Tmobile customer lol. I went to Verizon with my aunt to help her purchase a sim card. It's been a few years since I've been in a verizon store. The customer service was good BUT the wait was ridiculous. Every customer representative had a customer that was dealing with a major issue or completing a transaction. I think I'm relatively patient but we waited at least 30 minutes to be seen. I asked if this was normal and was advised it is not. I hope it is not normal.

Went in to talk about a new phone. Woman at the front was very rude. Didn’t even bother to make an appointment since the second we walked in she accused us of taking my own fathers credit.
