Unfortunately you had a bad representative but what's wrong on 22 they are some good customer service I had experience both you must feel out the person who you're talking to
This is typical of Verizon, you have to shut down the old phone online and then register the new one. The store you went to is known for Who cares,I just here to put in time and get Paid. If you have problem try the new store in Clark center down by Wholefoods,might get a better CUSTOMER interaction. Stay away from Westfield parking is from hell,and service does not exist.Hope this is of some help to you.
