Karina Jacobson was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. She was never pushy and helped us find the right fabric for our shades. We went back and forth several times and her patience and knowledge of the product and process made the whole process of making a big purchase a lot less daunting. She went above and beyond for us and if the other employees at the Shade Store are anything like her, you're in great hands!
