TLDR; - OK with maintenance, random & loud fire alarms every few weeks in the middle of the night for no real fire (malfunction), vehicles stolen from garage, pool/gym is for show/photos only barely maintained, recently the community office seems to be completely closed down and unresponsive. This was my first ever apartment in LA and overall, it seemed nice, decent maintenance and timely cleaning at first. Maintenance of small issues was timely. Then the fire alarms started. In the dead of the night 3am or so, ear piercing alarms started and lasted all the way until evening the next day. I'm told there was no fire at all and this was just the alarms malfunctioning. As someone working from home this was really difficult. And this happened 3 MORE TIMEs every few weeks. Recently my bicycle was stolen from the parking garage. I have also noticed that the community office have closed their doors and are completely unresponsive to calls after February 2022 or so. Only the salespeople remain. The secondary facilities like gym, pool, etc are extremely sub par, almost seems like they have those to put on the website otherwise, but otherwise not well maintained or useful. The pool is rarely cleaned and the Jacuzzi is non functional. Obviously COVID is everyone's favorite excuse. The gym is way too basic, I have known people having more equipment and weights in their home gym.

Highly Recommended!! We have moved into Reveal apartments recently and I am writing this review so that it may help others. In the past few years I have stayed in new luxury apartments so I never had a complain about cleanliness which is the highest priority for me while living. Before booking this apartment I was a bit skeptical thinking about it’s not a new one and someone stayed here before. When I reached here , I would say cleanliness was totally up to the mark (indoor and outdoor)and I have NO COMPLAINS. I am very very particular about it so I mentioned it as the very first point. Secondly , we came from a different state and had to look into the apartment over zoom and all the formalities have been done over phone. The leasing office members Sam and Hunter went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us, each and every time we reached out to them. A Big Thank You to them. When we booked the apartment , we had some unexpected issues too about the timing of lease and Sam and Hunter even gave options and helped us to overcome that based on our situation about leasing which I honestly doubt any other apartment would do (according to my previous experiences). Thank You Again Sam and Hunter. Finally, from security perspective, I have not stayed here for a long time but I do have noticed security guards taking rounds at the parking area so I feel secured with my kids ofcourse. I would highly recommend this apartment to those who loves to stay in a clean and secured apartments with friendly and approachable leasing office members. A big shout out again for Sam and Hunter who helped us immediately whenever we needed.

I love this luxury apartment complex, so much. I did my tour virtually. So my move in, was the first time I seen the complex in person.. & it was more beautiful. Looks like a resort. I started fresh by coming from another state so i was very nervous.. YET, the staffs, [especially Margareta] has made LA feel like home to me already. They’re so kind & polite. Everything is so clean, luxury & HUGE. Outstanding amenities & beautiful units.
