Went today with my mother and the employee rudely Told her to back up putting her hands up to move us because she was helping another customer. She did not even say excuse me or please While the lady was crossing us left and right on the aisle. We were on the Hair color lane minding our business too only to get pushed out Honestly love this place but that employee was so rude and gave so much attitude

I Love this particular Sally's. They are very helpful. They actually know what they talking about when answering questions. I am a newbe to bleaching & radical colors. This location is the Best Sally's ever hands down.

There are two stores, one for shoes and one for clothes. The people at the clothes store were super nice but when we went to the shoe store the lady completely brushed us off. Not going to the shoe place.

Store was so dead, I yelled to ask if they were closed. One employee answered and said no, but no one bothered to ask if I needed help. Three more customers walked in and they were promptly helped. I asked one associate who was sweeping for an opinion, but after they were done with their task. I waited...and never got help. Checking out was awkward. Like I was such an inconvenience out of their routine.
