Went in for a pedicure. And the guy made both my toe nails bleed. After I yelled "ouch". He repeatedly keep hurting me. So never again will I ever go there

Very rude. I called to see what supplies they support if they have anything other than gel or acrylic. I looked into this salon a lot as I just moved into town and I really would have liked to go to the spa because of all the good reviews and the pictures that they have and the services they provide. As I was just asking about if they have anything other than gel or acrylic the guy just kept telling me go to Walmart go somewhere else just go somewhere else like how rude and bad for business. I was I really wanted to go to you guys but for you to tell me to go somewhere else when I could be supporting you instead of another spa I just don't understand that. Reply to spas comment. I was walking a dog all by myself with my headphones in my ear. I have no idea how you are so rude to a brand new person who's calling your spa to ask genuine questions that they can seek treatment there. I truly did a lot of research around all the locals Organic labeled spas and called you guys to see what else other than gel or acrylic you had. You clearly have issues that you need to work through on your own and maybe you should work through them before talking to other clients the way that you talk to me in the things that you think we're going on were absolutely not.

The BEST service my mom and I have ever had hands down. Great service they make you feel at home, they are very friendly and they go all the way out for you. My mom and I got pedicures here and the two men Ben and the other gentleman were so gentle, they took their time, used hot stones on us, and one of the gentleman used neosporin an antibiotic to prevent any infection on my mother. I will be coming back both of us will we appreciate the service definitely recommend coming here. You will also skip the line compare to other nail salons that look fancy outside but have horrible service inside. Come to the indoor Swapmeet to get your nails done BND nails rock!

Ben is chill and he makes sure you love your nails. He also gives great ideas on different styles for nails. I loved it here. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I actually had a friend recommend this place to me.
