I was so fed up with T-Mobile and was looking to switch. As soon as I walked in the sales rep made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He made the whole transition smooth and seamless. He found me the best plan and now im saving $100 a month.

Nate was absolutely amazing. Usually getting a new phone and set up can a stressful process but Nate was so thorough and most of all patient. I truly appreciate his customer service. Jose, as well was just a patient and helpful to me. This is my favorite Verizon location.

Alexis did a very good job explaining the offers and plans to upgrade to a newer iPhone. He knew the product very well. When I returned to the store to pick up the red phone I ordered, there were other customers waiting for service. Alexis is great at multitasking and he was able to handle two customers at the same time. He also offered me good discounts on the accessories I wanted.

I bought a Gizmo watch for my 7 years old daughter, she just used it 2 times, and she felt not comfortable with it. It is uncomfortable. It hurts after a few hours. She could not wear it. I return it and they charged approximately %50 as stocking fee... I strongly recommend you not to buy it...
