My experience with Dr. Sedgh and his staff was above and beyond. The entire process, from consultation to post-op went so smoothly. I was born with asymmetrical ears, so I had an otoplasty/ear surgery on my right ear. He was able to match my right ear to my left, and now my ears are symmetrical to my face. I'm about 8 weeks post-op, and I feel good. You can't even tell I had surgery. The recovery process was smooth for me. The first day is the hardest, but after about a week, the swelling went down immensely. And after a month, my ear already looked normal and great. I highly recommend Dr. Sedgh!

Took a little longer to write this review than what I would have liked but here we go. A little over a year ago, I had a consultation with Dr. Sedgh over a possible revision rhinoplasty. It was a great consultation and really appreciated how this doctor took the time to go over any of my concerns. In fact, he went above and beyond. Our consultation went for over an hour and I left confident I had found my doctor. I ended up scheduling for surgery in 6 weeks or so from our consultation paying a deposit of 30% ( a little high) or 7K. Less than 2 weeks I realized I wasn't ready to go through with the procedure. While there was still 4-5 weeks until surgery, they refused to give me back my initial deposit. It is a lot of money and you would think they would have worked with the patient and at least return partial and try to work with the patient. Instead they out right kept the entire deposit and never returned my phone calls which is downright criminal. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing an office would prioritize profits over integrity.

REVISION RHINOPLASTY EXPERT - SEARCH NO FURTHER! Ladies, I will save you the time and energy...I scoured the world wide web spending countless hours (sad to say this was likely even over the course of a few years time) looking for the right revision rhinoplasty surgeon who would give me that "designer" feel (without the plastic hack job, Hollywood look) that every woman wants when she looks at herself in the mirror. My experience with Dr. Sedgh and his entire team was above and beyond any of my wildest expectations. Dr. Sedgh is supported by some of the most pleasant, sharp and gorgeous ladies I've encountered in a boutique medical office like his. From start to finish, the process and experience was as enjoyable as it was life changing. I am barely 2 months post op and I am THRILLED with my results. Dr. Sedgh brought our 3D imaging vision (this is done at the initial consult and helps you really see what you are trying to modify or focus on) to life almost to the T! I know that the inflammation will continue to subside even further over the next month (and subtly even out 12 months post op), so I couldn't be happier with having chosen Dr. Sedgh as my revision rhinoplasty surgeon. PRO TIP: Just remember when going through any major medical transformation that you must be patient with your body and give it time to heal. Rome wasn't built in a day. PHOTOS: Attached are a few photos of my 1 MONTH POST OP visit about a month ago. Even in just the 4 weeks since those photos were taken, my nose has settled significantly and the inflammation is much less than what is pictured. Every day I continue to love my new and improved nose more and more!

My experience was Dr. Sedgh was great! I visited his office for a consultation and subsequent procedure, and he was very open and honest about all of my options. He answered every question I had and then created a great treatment plan for me. We proceeded with chin & jaw filler and adding volume to my lips. He's very gentle with the procedure, and I can tell he cares a lot about his patients! Even when I walk into his office, all of the receptionists are super welcoming! It makes it an all around very pleasant experience. Dr. Sedgh is not one of those doctors that will push you to get more filler than you need simply because he wants more money. He will be honest about what procedure best suits you, and he will move forward appropriately. I'm in love with my results, and I would recommend him to anyone.

How long does plastic surgery last?

Claire McMarshall | Sep 5, 2019
Jacob Sedgh | Sep 4, 2020

It all depends on the type of the procedure performed. For examplke a facelift will usually need a touch up after 10-20 years as there will be facial soft tissue changes of skin getting loose again accompanied with resorption and sagging of the facial fat.... However a rhinoplasty can look unaffected for a long time till people reach their 60's-70's with milder sagging effect from gravity.
