It all depends on the type of the procedure performed. However a rhinoplasty can look unaffected for a long time till people reach their 60's-70's with milder sagging effect from gravity.
Fillers usually last between 12 to 18 months, after which you will need to have more procedures since these fillers get absorbed by the body. Eye enhancement procedures may reverse the aging process but only have temporary effects. Your body will develop more loose skin over time due to aging even when excess fat and tissue are removed from the eyes.
