Hello Irma! Thanks for contacting RentSpree! Please note, once an ApplyLink has been made on your account, we're unable to change who pays the screening fee for that specific link. However, I would recommend initiating another screening on your RentSpree Dashboard and selecting the Applicant to pay when choosing your screening options. This way, you'll generate a new ApplyLink you may send to your applicant that will ask them to pay for the submission. If your applicant uses the same RentSpree account they applied with before, their information should be saved and entered in the new Rental Application. Hi Burt, Great question! When an applicant submits their information on our site, they are provided access to their own reports whether the owner is paying or the applicant. They will not be given access until the owner has viewed the reports first and all reports expire on our site after 30 days. Thank you, Spencer
