HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The 2 old plus size African American ladies on front desk has no kind of patience or manners. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHECK THEM AND TELL THEM TO LEAVE THEIR ATTITUDES AT HOME ! Completely unprofessional. Almost got into it with one of them. They will come across the wrong patient one day. I’ll go to a lab across the country before I go back to Lab corps Torrance! Shame on yall!!!!

Similar to what others have said, the reception here is horrible. I don’t ever leave reviews and am really not easy to displease, but wow, the receptionist team was beyond rude. Someone else said it best: they act like they’re doing you a favor. So much huffing and puffing. Really angry and disorganized. Even yelling. I would go to another location if able.

Aesthetics: Clean, bright office with a feel-good movie playing in the waiting area. Staff: Front and back staff were courteous and friendly. Technical Expertise: Toni expertly drew my blood and gave me tips that I've never heard before for someone like me with tricky veins. Advice: Walked-in (no appointment) at the 8 am hour on a Friday morning, and it was empty!

Their bedside manner is non-existent and they really need to improve their attitudes and how they talk to people. Chances are, the people coming into the lab are already not feeling good and don't want or deserve rudeness. Today, I came into the office to take an H pylori breath test. I was struggling to get the cap off of one of the bags and I said the cap wouldn't come off. The tech Diane said, "its you", like there was something wrong with me. She then mumbled something under her breath. Is that really appropriate or necessary? The employees act like they don't want to be there and look miserable. If you don't enjoy helping people, then you probably shouldn't be working in the medical field. It's also really uncomfortable when you're getting lab work done and the employees are talking about their personal life and making religious statements/comments. That doesn't belong in the workplace, ESPECIALLY when patients are present. Unprofessional. I've filed a complaint with LabCorp. This office needs to get it together.
