I’m here, and have been waiting with my 92 year old client, for a technician to come and draw his blood. I peek out the door to see what’s going on and I see the receptionist move our orders, to allow another patient ahead of us because they’d been waiting a while. But they were waiting because they missed they’re appointment, and had to get it rescheduled. Then I see a technician talking, to another technician that’s doing a draw, and they’re talking about where to find movie theaters. Unbelievable.

Yes certainly the receiptionist will boil your blood. She sounds and behaves aggressive. Have some patience. Do what you came for and leave the place.

They have this system where you can check in outside so you don’t have to wait in a confined space with a huge covid surge happening. I did this and they still had me come in. I’ve been sitting in this tiny waiting room for now 10 minutes. The girl at the front calls everyone “sweetheart” which is irritating.

If there was a way to give no stars I could. First off the receptionist was very RUDE, didn't allow me to speak, just cut me off and said "appointment only" and just highlighted the nearest locations that closes at 4, it was 3:30 and there was traffic. I had broke down crying and a nurse was kind enough to give me another location, even though sadly they didnt do drug screening. But the receptionist was VERY RUDE I suggest you train her on customer service, or just place her somewhere else.
