Very sneaky company. I was charged $29 per month for 32 gallon bin. Then they started charging me $62 without explanation.

Do not use this service if you are concerned about all the trash on the highway! I followed one of these trucks on Highway 1 and there was trash blowing out of the truck all over the road! AND it was right after Cal Trans had just collected trash and left it for pick-up on the side of the highway. These people should have been fined $1000 for littering!!

Had my cans out at 7 AM they never came to pick them up when I called they charged me extra to come back. Wish we had more options for trash in this county

Double charged my parents for 15 years. Are ghosting them right now as my parents try to dispute it. Got to love it when a company messes up and then refuses to address it.

Yes... we are closed for xmas.. pick up will resume the following day... wed will be Thursday... Thursdays will be Friday and Friday will be Saturday.. hopefully this helps out...
Yes, Garbage is collected on Christmas Eve. Please leave it to out early before 5am.
