Little to no wait time for service. Rep was generally informed about promos; but did not give me accurate cost/prices through the quote phase. Items were not in stock, but ordered online. Overall service and final transactions were pleasant and almost easy.

I’ve gone to that store numerous times trying to get them to fix my wireless Wi-Fi network and they absolutely don’t know anything. The last time I was there the salesman contradicted himself and lied about whether or not my phone has Wi-Fi. Well it did when I bought it, when I switched from Verizon to AT&T. With Verizon I had a separate device called a jet pack or hotspot, but the new phone has it built in the phone. Several times he told me that my phone doesn’t have Wi-Fi, then he said it does have wireless Wi-Fi, then his final comment was that I have to buy a hotspot device. Technical support over the phone is nonexistent. It’s absolutely the worst. Non only did the outsourced employee not set up my Wi-Fi network, she destroyed the hotspot in the phone that allowed me to connect to the internet on my computer. I can no longer access the internet. I’ve talked to 3 more technical support reps who all assured me that they had fixed the problem and promised to call me back to confirm that the phone was fixed and they lied about that too. They never called back. I told one of them that AT&T needs to replace my phone and guess what she said: sure, they’ll give me a new phone as long as I make the payments.
