Lost my package and not once did they allow me to speak to a representative. They pushed me to the automated online help which WAS TOTALLY USELESS! Left me hanging and not once cared. UPS is horrible!

We receive packages coming through this facility almost daily. When calling about a later package and requesting delivery, the representative was very rude and hung up on me telling me that if I didn't like what she was saying to call another number.

Two days in a row my shipments have been driven around Ventura County. I had a couch that was supposed to be delivered yesterday that comes in three separate boxes. All three were scanned and put on a truck at the exact same time. I assume the same truck but...🤔 One box was dropped off (the lightest one) and the other two were not. Now I have to wait until Monday for the other two, but at least I got the arm rests for the couch. Today my mattress drove around town. It's almost 11PM and nothing. So, this UPS delivery center is just wasting time, gas, and money by putting packages on a truck only to take them off and then put them back on tomorrow. pathetic.

We had the worst experience at this pick up location today. The only person responsible to dispense the package was not at his desk. My husband walked around the facility for good 10 mins before we found a driver who helped locate him. The minute he walked in he started yelling at him that he should be more patient. He was very aggressive and kept passing very threatening and disrespectful remarks to which we didn’t respond. I would have called the cops but my husband and I are both physicians and we had patients waiting for us and didn’t afford to waste time. Extremely disgusted.
