There is a minimum amount of customer service that you might expect from an establishment like this, but unfortunately that does not seem to be a selling point of this particular franchise location. Make sure to print your label before coming, if you do decide to take your business here, as they charge $2 to print UPS labels. FedEx by Home Depot prints FedEx labels for free.

If there is No start i can put it no star..there not helping at all.try yo ask for a printing service and they want you to used and rent there computer.i dont know how to print thats why i came here for help..very lazy staff over here.not recomment!!!

I called this location just to ask a couple of questions. The first time I called I heard them answer, but didn’t say anything, so I sat on the phone for a couple of minutes waiting to see if someone was there, then hung up and called again a few minutes later. Then the manager at this location answered and all I wanted to do was ask a couple of questions before heading over, but the guy kept cutting me off and being very rude, then continued to argue with me and not allow me to ask any of my questions. He proceeded to yell at me and say “you’re worse than my wife!”… I kept a pretty mellow tone and tried not to continue the conversation after he started raising his voice and harassing me, so I decided to hang up. He said he’s the manager at this franchise location and they do nothing related to UPS. That’s the main thing he kept repeating when I started trying to ask a question.

This proprietor refused to accept a "deliver and hold" one of his employees previously agreed to accept. Net result? It was returned to the East Coast. THIS UPS Store does NOT recognize its responsibilities and/or honor its promises. Ignore the single star, minus (-)10 stars.
