No line, 2 reps, 1 customer +us= 15 minute wait. Got the equipment home and it was still a problem. End result was a service tech coming out the next day.

Nice and clean store. They had 2 staffs that day. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes. It was better than calling their customers’ service on the phone. I was there to return their modem and disconnect their Internet service. We paid for 200 megabits service, but we never saw the transfer speed went higher than 30 megabits. We replaced it with T-Mobile Home Internet service. There is no comparison.

Terrible store! Three customer support windows and four people in line, they wouldn't call anyone during 8 minutes I have been waiting after which I just ran out of patience and left. They were lamely walking around the store instead of serving the customers. I wouldn't go to this particular store and recommend Spectrum to anyone.
