I went to Costco Vision Center 6 times before actually getting my glasses. 1: Eye exam and bought the glasses 2: Picked up first pair of glasses, something seemed off with the vision but I figured it was just having a slightly weaker prescription I'd have to adjust to. 3: Picked up second pair, there was a weird aberration in the lens that made my vision blurry. When the employee checked the other pair they also had a similar aberration. Had to send one pair back and keep one so I could drive home. 4: Picked up updated glasses, and they had *another* aberration. This time they were scratched at the bottom but I decided to keep them since it's not too noticeable and I didn't want to go without my new glasses even longer. 5: Got a message that my second pair was ready for pickup. Went in, they looked for a while and couldn't find them then realized the message was an error and my glasses weren't ready. I wanted to at least get my current glasses loosened so they're not as tight, and the employee just didn't understand what I meant by that, which is something I've never seen anyone confused by before? I ended up just leaving out of frustration. 6: Got my second pair of glasses, finally done. At this point I still haven't received any discount or refund and honestly doubt it will ever happen. This was just very bad luck but I wouldn't recommend buying glasses from the optical center. Update: 2 months later I received no refund or discount.

I love my glasses, they are always professional and respectful with me and my family I comeback here cause my last exam and glasses to another optometrist (none Costco optometrist) I wasn’t happy at all. So I come here to Costco and they give me what I really need it. Now I can read well without hurting. My eyes

Very unprofessional, rude service!!! I spoke with a Maccalian who was very rude and condescending. He kept trying to rush the appt. as if I was not worth his time. Pick another vision center you'll be disappointed here!!!
