Staff are rude. Always damn rude. RUDE. I try extremely hard to not have to enter this location, because I always know theres gonna an attitude problem or discriminatory issues with this staff. I've banked with BoA for over 15 years, and yet Today 12/16/21 I walked in and the teller on floor, locked eyes with me, but made no effort to ask me if I needed help or even greet me. Yet the white person who entered after me was swiftly taken care of. I even watched her assist the white customer and she still didn't even acknowledge me. All of these people need an attitude adjustment. Only kind people are the outside security staff.

If you've relocated (especially internationally) and are looking to set up a bank account, I recommend visiting this BOFA branch. Ask for Tam or Vince and they'll help you get started. Super friendly, give you all the info you need, and make sure you have everything to get set up. This branch is located in a very central location and you should be able to access via pretty much all public transit options.

Credit Card Services: Consistently Terrible customer service process to resolve CC charge disputes. Waited on phone literally hours for assistance on several different occasions trying to resolve a single merchant dispute. Walmart only partially fulfilled my order, still waiting after 60 days to get my disputed money claim resolved. Three times talking with BofA, the claim they wrote up is inaccurate; I NEVER received the merchandise. Waiting on phone to talk with Merchant Response Team, currently on hold over 55 minutes as I write this description. Their CS employees are pleasant but can only do so much. Terrible company philosophy, issue resolution process & systems; B of A’s CC /banking customers are their lowest priority
