The lack of public wifi at this Great Clips drives me insane, and I am on the verge of switching hair cutters because of it. The shop is located in a large section of Keene that gets little-to-no cell signal. Providing customers with wifi access, which is easily done at very little cost, should be a no-brainer for any business that has a waiting area for customers and those who accompany them. As a professional and a parent, I expect that I'll have an internet connection while I'm waiting at any business or office so I can use my time productively, writing emails or reading reports, or "unproductive," playing games on my phone. I understand that corporations don't want their employees abusing the availability of an internet connection in the workplace, but I would hope delivering a quality customer experience would come first. I used to work for a place where we had to keep our phones in lockers and only use them during breaks. Employees who violated the rules were spoken to and eventually fired. Video surveillance kept us honest. This Great Clips should do the same if management is concerned about employees spending too much time on their phones. I've been going to this Great Clips for about two years because the prices are low, the staff is professional, and the hair cuts are usually very good, if not always perfect. Unless Great Clips starts providing wifi access and helping me make the most of my work day, I will start going somewhere else that might cost more but where the staff will also be professional, the cuts consistently excellent, and the customers' needs in the waiting area respected.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.

They do just cut and style hair, from men to women and kids. No chemicals are used there. So no perms or coloring.
