Always a kind and solid service. I get updates on my car and if there are any unexpected issues, the staff deals with it efficiently. The cashier and receptionist are great too. Conveniently located right off Broadway on the 101.

Left my 2017 S3 here for repair on a check engine light. First they couldn't offer me a loaner since they only offer loaners to 2018+ cars. Ok that's fine not an issue. A week goes by and no repair done. Service rep offers a loaner despite my cars year. I go in (all the way from pacifica) to pick up a loaner only to be denied because I'm 24 (need to be 25 to get a loaner). Ok would've been nice to know that over the phone. The service rep tells me the car is aimed to be done by that Friday for pick up. Friday rolls around and not done yet so he tells me it should be done by Monday. OK sounds good but then Monday rolls around and no call. At this point it's Thursday (the day I'm posting this) and still no call to give me an update on what they've found or what is wrong. It would be reasonable to get periodic updates on what's going on as this is the 2 week point of my car being in the shop but the only updates I get are when I explicitly ask of my car is ready and even then its just a mew date without a explanation. I don't think I should have to bug you everyday other day to get an update on my car as that should be the departments responsibility to keep the customer informed on how their (not cheap) car is doing. I should've waited the extra few days and extra miles to take it to audi Fremont if I would've known. Won't be scheduling here again.

These guys are the real deal. The current car buying market is absolutely brutal, no inventory and sky high markups. Knowing I was coming to the end of my lease, I decided to proactively order a replacement car several months ago. They were a delight to work with and transparent and more than fair with the pricing. Richard kept me informed of my cars build status the entire time. They purchased my current lease, and when I went to pick up the car yesterday, they spent extra time weighing the pros/cons of leasing vs finance vs cash. I left feeling confident that I’d made the right decision. Can’t thank them enough for their service and sincerity.

Karl's suggestion seems sane. If you are worried, I think you need to talk to your advisor there too if you did not do that in your hurry to leave the dealership.
