You would need to pay for an office visit and may end up paying more depending on what you need. My visit only required the office visit. My insurance was billed $125 for that alone, but I'm unsure if it varies based on what you go in for. You may want to call ahead and ask for more information. You might also consider applying for CareCredit. That can really help with any medical expenses.
