The quality of service maintenance is not satisfactory. After I had my bike repaired, it broke the next day. When I approached Summit Bike Repair, the attitude of the representative was unsuitable. The same repair that was performed a day earlier was charged again. there were 2 maintenance guys. one of them acknowledged that it is miss in the repair. but the other guy seems to be denying it assuming that they have to fix their fault at free of cost. Greedy. I would not recommend them for bike repair at least.

I highly recommend summit bicycles. I came in to have my electric scooter looked at after crashing and the handle bars becoming crooked. Their customer service was outstanding and they were able to help me fix my scooter quickly. Thank you so much for all your help!!

After changing the tubes on my tires I was having difficulty adjusting the brakes so I popped in for some help. The looked at my bike right away and made a simple adjustment and I was on my way. Great customer service and nice guys. I will definitely go back for future tuneups.
