I've only ever had positive experiences with the Pharmacy at my neighborhood Walgreens. I've been filling our family's prescriptions there since 2016. A pharmacist has always been available to answer any questions I have. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. I utilize the drive-thru pickup when I have my kids with me and the wait is usually 0-5 minutes . The Walgreens employees up in the front of the store are always helpful and friendly. I probably go here 2x a week for something or other (lately, gift cards, they have a great selection) because of the convenience and I know whatever OTC meds or vitamins I am looking for will be available. It's so much easier, quicker, and way less crowded than dealing with Walmart. I really appreciate having it in the neighborhood and making my life a little easier!

This store is really bad with customer service, I bough a Lumify product the box was open I’m ask to the front desk why? Another ladies come (Susan ) because not manager at the store on the time, she tall me is not they problem missing the instructions on the product , well some one stole it , is a 2 dollar coupon … and them are stock at the front desk ….they need more polite with the customers … to resolve this can the problem

Not impressed with their Pharmacy side, I took my son (15 Yrs old) to get his Flu shot, there is a section in their form that they are supposed to ask me and verify which vaccine I have requested, they never did. after waiting for 20 min passed my appointment time they called my son's name, they had the vaccine shot ready to be administered. I asked the person administering if the vaccine was a flu shot, she paused and said I will be right back, few minutes later she came back with a different vaccine, I said was the first one a Flu shot, she said No it wasn't, I asked what was it then, she said it was a covid-19 Vaccine. Very irresponsible

Waiting over an hour to pick up a basic amoxicillin prescription in their express pickup is not acceptable. Their entire pharmacy has one person running the drive through, Covid vaccine and express pickup. This is at least the third time I …
