The pillow inserts of all FOUR pillows are still …Hello Kathleen Needless to say we were perplexed when we received your call approximately 45 minutes ago. We are still using the same pillow resource and in that lengthy relationship, we have not had a complaint of this sort We sincerely regret and are mindful of any unsatisfactory project outcome. Both Elizabeth and I expressed our regret to you. I am sorry that you missed our statements of regret. We based our decision on your lengthy failure to complain We could not understand why you waited for more than four years to let us know. On another note we also noticed in your account history you still owed us $47.70 for a job we completed in 2017. Apparently you were short on fabric and we added fabric to complete the project.....It was never paid for. This transaction was the last one you had with Haute. (2017) Inserts in $2017 cost $28. The same inserts now are $38. You told us your new work room is charging $60 just to do new cover. Seems a bit excessive. Finally I am sorry but hope in the end you can appreciate why we made our decision. To say DO NOT TRUST HAUTE is after all a bit mean spirited and excessive.

Another workroom I work with has never seen anything like this and we’re completely appalled by the quality. No intact insert should ever do this, regardless of the time passed. They are simply horribly made. The manager had not even an “I’m so sorry” not to mention my additional expense or troubles, only you’ve had them too long. The feathers have ruined the zippers of the covers. This is absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT TRUST their product or then. You get what you pay for.

Joan is correct. Technically Haute caters to the home and office market. However there are designers who have created wonderful costumes, jackets, and purses from the fabulous silks and other fabrics. It is far from perfect, but the prices are great.
Thank you ladies for visiting Haute! The majority of our fabrics are high end upholstery fabric but we also have drapery and bedding fabrics that are also generously discounted. We can reupholster or slipcover and turnover at this time is about 3-4 weeks. We are constantly getting new inventory!
