My brand new 2022 Mini cooper rean window was smashed and had to be replaced. Had to reschedule because they had defective part and didn't know until I got there for replacement. On the second visit, took over 2 hours to replace the window and left fine broken glass all over the roof top and was told they didn't want to wipe it down because it will scratch the the paint and was asked to wash it later or wind will blow them off during the drive home ( which turn out to be B.S.) and noticed still some broken glasses were left inside of the rear sits and trunk. What was even worse was window tinting tech noticed the plastic cover were not snap back it place and noticed plastic clips were broken off. Not sure if other locations are more professional but will not recommend to anyone of this place. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

I had a rock hit my windshield so decided to take it to Safelite to get it filled, just the first company that popped in my head. After reading reviews right before my appointment, I was a bit concerned but decided to go anyway because I didn't want to wait longer and risk it getting worse. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was done by 11:55. As I sat in the lobby, I heard them answering the phones and they were friendly to the other customer that came in, so maybe the staff has turned over (based on other reviews). The guy at reception was super friendly and helpful, the technician was also friendly and was up front about the fact that it could crack further while they are trying to fill it, asked me if i was okay with that, and explained the warranty. It did end up spreading a little, but I was told it won't spread further and if it does, to come back. To be honest, I could barely see what he was talking about and since he did warn me prior, I'm happy with the work he did.

Driving over 17 on the way to Santa Cruz and a refreshing hike at Wilder Ranch last weekend, I heard the dreaded “tick” of a rock bouncing off my windshield… Crack! And that crack grew with each day. Until today, that is. Safelite came right to me, replaced my cracked windshield, and made my life nothing but sunshine and bunnies once again. Got a windshield problem? Let the nice, efficient folks at Safelite help you out.

Please read: DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! My back glass was shattered because my brand new car was broken into. I took it to SafeLite to replace it. A few days later, I realized it was not installed properly so I had to go in again and after they were done, I inspected it carefully, they again had not installed it correctly (see the pictures). They said that the glass was defective by the manufacturer. Their manager did not even apologize and just said it was poor installation and wanted me to go in again. I said heck no! I asked to be refunded and took my car to my dealership’s service shop. Turns out they also damaged my rear view camera. They also left a glue-like mark on my bumper that would not go away, so now the bumper has to be changed too. These people not only wasted my time, but also damaged my car which cost over $2000 dollars. Luckily my insurance agreed to cover all costs. Never ever go to this shop!

I'm not sure. I dropped off my car. You'd have to call them.
I don't have a Mazda,
I guess this company does not like interact. There's no reason for the windshield to be more expensive.

if you are getting a windshield repaired and it cracks out I believe safelite will deduct the price of the repair towards the full replacement. remember that when working with already broken glass there is always a chance of the windshield cracking out because the repair process puts the glass under pressure.
