Overall great care! Great staff! Fast appointment turnaround not much waiting to be seen at all. I would recommend.

Great service and results with Dr. Riggs and my hand surgery. Terrible receptionist experience when trying to connect to a back specialist. They seem to want to put barriers up to seeing me, not eager for my business. Guess they have gone the way of other upstate healthcare and deteriorated.

Very accommodating and very polite and friendly atmosphere. Dr Riggs is an awesome doctor and super friendly and super down to earth. My family is very happy that she was the one who helped us with our situation and wouldn’t have anyone else but her.

Dr Riggs was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely kind and gentle! She described everything in detail of how she was going to do the in office procedure. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has anxiety with needles.

Yes I purchased one at the Taft Rd facility in North Syracuse.
You will need to take antibiotics an hour before your appointment. Either the dentist or sos will prescribe.
I had him do a cervical anterior fusion in September 2016 and was told that I would be 90% better or improved within 3 months. It's now been just about 39 months of endless ENT doctors and two otolaryngologists, some four esophgrams, two surgical dilations procedures and permanent disphagia that has relagated me to a modified soft diet. I loss over 20-30 pounds during this three year post surgery. This is not anyway to live or to lose weight! 6 months post surgery he tells me he wants to remove the cage that he screwed & glued to my upper cervical spine. So I go for a second opinion else where and was strongly advised not to have this cage removed or if I were to, then I could be left with the real possibility of further damage to the circopharyngeal plexus resulting in a permanent feeding tube in my upper chest wall. This outcome wasn't discussed prior to having this spinefusion. Referral here for surgery, who does left front anterior fusions one otolaryngologist asked? Be ware!!
Their website is https://www.sosbones.com it lists all the docs
Yes
Not sure. Call them and ask.
The DeWitt center used to have a walk in clinic maybe call there and see if they still have that option
Pay upfront or have insurance.
I believe he does, he did my shoulder but I do know people he has done knees for. I had great results
Take 690 East to exit 17, turn right then turn left by home depot then look for #5719
No
Generally within3 to 4 days. depending on how quickly you can get your referral and medical information
They do have an X-ray department but a Doctor Rx and appointment to do so. They do have a Urgent care Area which is very fast. I would call to get the times!
