Great company with a very efficient system to help you set up and manage a storage space. Getting started was super easy, the promo I'd gotten was a really good deal, and David, who I mostly worked with, has a rare combination of being both an efficient manager and excellent conversationalist. Sad to be moving out of the area and hoping my experience with the Extra Space Storage location in San Francisco will be just as good!

A storage facility is frankly a brilliant business model, as customers become very reliant on their services. In short, once we move in, it is hard to move out. Due to this inelastcity of demand, many other facilities could be in a position for price-gouging and taking advantage with terms. Not Extra Space Storage….they have been kind and patient, and reasonable beyond expectation. I had committed to a move-out date and did not meet my end of the bargain. I simply under-estimated the time requirement to get my items moved out. Instead of penalizing me, the kind folks at Extra Space were patient with me. In a world where businesses fail often to follow business ethics, this team has been courteous and understanding and flexible beyond expectations. I am extremely grateful to them and recommend this facility to all. These are the types of people you want to work with.
