I'm changing my review from 5 to 2 stars because even though the facility is clean and safe, they have more than doubled the price for my unit since I first moved in. Originally I was paying around $150 and now they're charging $330. It's also true they don't send an email, or a text, or call (even though they have all that information). They send ONE notice in the mail about the price change, and hope you don't notice. They've raised the price twice in 2022. The staff are helpful and nice, but honestly this price gouging is having me 100% thinking about just moving my stuff out of there. If you want something with consistent price, don't do business here.

Amy the manager of this site has been great throughout all the process. I came from out of state and needed an extra storage since we are moving from a house to an apartment. Amy walked me through the process of securing my storage thu the phone and by the time I moved here everything is all set and ready for me unload my things. The facility is clean and looks well maintained. Would recommend for anyone needing extra space for storage. 😉

We had a great experience with Amy and Steve ! After a quick phone call with Amy (information) she was alert and ready for our appointment date/time which then lead us to meet Steve, who did a wonderful job at giving us a quick tour. Recommendations were given too, on security and insurance plans. Everything was explained very thorough. Steve was able to guide us through the access code and elevator to ensure entering and exiting tasks were done correctly. Great job to the staff at this location I definitely feel secure!
