Currently during the pandemic they are open until 5:30pm on weekdays and until 2pm on Saturdays. They're also very happy to do kerbside pick-up or drop-off -- just give them a call. Very friendly and their customer service is great: we have a high-risk family member and live far enough out in the forest that USPS won't deliver to our house, so they've been a life-saver for us during the pandemic.

I went here to try and buy a shipping label. I misspoke and said I wanted to print a label. The woman working there was extremely rude and condescending about my confusion . She unwillingly helped me and I felt really uncomfortable. Luckily another service rep took over and helped.

Family ran, mother daughter team. Mom worked in shipping, daughter joined the team too so kids could stay with her opposed to going to daycare! Very helpful and friendly folk I’d say. Looking for a box and repack, reasonably price, presentation (outgoing box) looked great. Excellent Shipping solution in Santa Cruz surrounding area. Thanks

These people are great. Have been using them for years. Offer many services and connect with all the major delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Always pleasant to deal with. They've saved me a ton of trouble running around to mail packages, etc.
