Huge beautiful park in the hills, the homes are all dig in trailers, only problem is water tends to go under carriage and the soil shifts so you have to maintain the undercarriage yearly

One of the best mobile home parks in the area. Very beautiful views and very clean/well maintained. 3 Stars because of the darn SPEED BUMPS. Too high. Whoever had them put in did not know anything about engineering a BUMP IN THE ROAD. Too radical. Makes no sense. No speed demons here, just older gentlemen and gentlewomen.

Rude owners, rude older lady working the gate. Way too many speed bumbs. Outsiders NOT WELCOME even when the "outsiders" are family of people who have been here for 20+ years. Good place for older cranky people who love way too many rules (I can say that because I'm old myself) And its not like every house has a good view of the "mountains".

You could just call the office and they could tell you. There is alot of homes they are remodeling right now getting ready to rent or buy.
I don't know about this place being a dog park but I do know that people walk their dogs daily and there's this house on the corner lot where people take their dogs to play. I guess that's why they call it a dog park 🤷🤔
Space rents can increase annually and the increase is based on the CPI and government required service pass throughs. The space rent includes water, sewer, trash and use of the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room and game room.
They are all mostly 2 bedroom units. You need to get on the waiting list.
55 or older. Income must be 3x your rent
The space rental varies from 9:50 to 1300 a month
You have to ne over 55 and you have to pass a background check. And your credit score needs to be good.
