UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and he is going to help. Will update soon ....No customer service. They will lock you in even if you're already in the storage yard before closing and charge a $75 fee to let you leave a couple minutes after 6.

This place is at best fair they make u feel like ur there to steal ur own stuff place thier lock on ur unit have to go find them to get them to let u in must sign in if u don't they chase u down likw ur breaking in nor to mention you'll see them checking on u to see what ur doing creepy

I have had all my most important sentimental valuables here for over seven years now and I have never had a problem with anyone breaking into my storage and that is because the security in this place is spectacular. I have never had a problem with anyone just a lots of help. I wanted to down size but they said I was getting the promotional deal after seven years, I had other storage units but this place was the cheapest but most of all I have felt very secure here that is just my honest opinion. Hello Mark, Our smallest unit is a 5x6, which rent for 55.95 per month with no move in fees, no deposit, no required insurance and guaranteed no rent raise for one full year with a month to month rental agreement.
