I was locked out of my car a couple of months ago. I called, and they failed to get me a locksmith for around 5 hours, and I was charged around $150. They will not issue me a refund, and charge $60 if you are lucky enough to get one. That is quite literally theft/fraud and I am currently disputing a charge. They also can't guarentee that a locksmith will even arrive, they do not even know the location, they do not track the locksmith, and they are clearly not good at following directions. I have had not a single positive moments with this company. They stole, do not track their own employees, and charge for a refund.
