My experience with this place was okay. The remote and screen are not in English which made a little complicated at first, I had to ask several servers how to work it or how to look for songs until one them brought different books with pages and pages of the songs, you have to look through the pages to find the number of the song you want otherwise the options on the screen are very limited. Also Spanish songs are very veryyy limited, no reggaetón at all. Make sure to check your bill because they tried overcharging us on the drinks. They will not split checks, they will insist on charging the whole balance on one card, when I asked about it I was told it could be split into two cards then at the register I was told it could be split into four cards. The positive thing I can say is that when you press the button for assistance they do come fairly quickly. The best part was just trying to make the best of it with friends and having a good time while we were there.

The room and equipment were pretty good. All the actual staffs were very friendly. BUT the security guy who checks your ID was VERY rude! Like I didn’t pay to be here so I can bear with your rudeness. Better not roll your eyes at ppl when they just didn’t hear you because you didn’t speak loud enough and don’t know why you’re still asking to see the ID when I’m literally holding up the ID in front of you. If you’re the owner, better consider hiring someone else!

STEER CLEAR! My best friend loves karaoke so we rented a private room here & when doing the invitations - I wanted to give everyone a price breakdown so that they prepared to bring the correct funds. I spoke to 2 different people on 4 different occasions to double check reservations & to make sure of the total price. I asked them both for the official price WITH taxes, fees, & gratuity. (And of course everyone buying personal drinks & personal food was on them.) But I know places like this tend to have hidden fees & such so I didn’t want a surprise at the end of the night. Both of the ppl gave me around the same number all of the times I spoke with them. So, I was happy with it. And of course, at the end of the night = It was hundreds & hundreds of dollars more than I had been told. They will rob you. And the worst part was the service was rude & terrible.
