Customer service excellent, food presentation 👌, food quality terrible. Salmon jerky not teriyaki $1.50 extra, steak like ground beef, chicken big chunks, fatty and just not ok. Couldn't go back because we were on our lunch break to many miles away to go back.

Terrible!!! The drive thru line was already slow. Once I tried to pay for my food the worker stood there waisting my time. Finally she told me how much my order was. I thought it was too much so I asked her to just give me one bowl instead of the two I ordered. She just stood there. I pulled off because I had to get to work and I didn't feel lkie spending my money at a place that would waist my time with their terrible customers service.

original beef bowl is pretty much same taste and quality in Yoshinoya in Japan. very good and compatitive price. I loved it.
