Had to come here for rabies vaccines after a dog bite. This is honestly the nicest ER i have ever been too. (Luckily though, i haven't see too many!) There is a nice kids area with a beautiful fish tank and stuff for them to do. The staff was vert very friendly. It was not busy at the time i came so i was there and gone in about an hour. Definitely would recommend.

We took our 4 year old and the providers were WONDERFUL! They were patient and took great care of her. The staff that greeted us was amazing as well! One of the security guards really made her visit a great experience, taking time out of his day to draw her a picture of her favorite character. So blessed to have had such a great experience!

They are one of the absolute best! They are kind, compassionate, clean, quick and caring! They get you in and out, but do not skip on the bed side manor! They are one of my top choices for a hospital, even tho it's completely out of my way!

Worse hospital in Pittsburgh. Staff doesn’t care about patients and let me leave while I’m having black out periods and an obvious lymes disease flare up. Instead of treating they shrugged their shoulders.
