I have lived in Pendleton from 2020 to 2021 and the only regret is that I got a job at another state so I had to move out. This was the best apartment I have lived and there are so many good memories I have with the apartment. The staff was always nice, always at the lobby so if you had any problems they are always there to respond/communicate. There is a nice trail with some ponds that you can go for a walk. This place is very safe and won't regret living here. One time there was water leaking from the fridge and it was at 3am and they have maintainance people ready 24/7 so I could get it fixed right away. Overall, I had a great experience living there even though it was just for 1 year

I noticed some recent negative reviews, and as a resident who has lived here for 2 years, I have to say that I could not disagree more. First, the management here is amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to help provide assistance for my family during this pandemic and I am grateful to live in a community where management actually cares about the residents. As for the building, it’s super clean and generally quiet. You may hear the occasional noise as one would expect from living in an apartment complex, but overall the building is well made. I have lived on both the 1st & 2nd floor and have not had any complaints. Great amenities & location as well!
