It was the cleanest store I have ever been to in My life. Home depots are usually very clean anyway but this one was outstanding. Everyone I talk to was was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of items that other stores that other home depots don't have.

They have more products online. Often, they do not offer organic vegetable seedlings. Some of their outdoor products run out of stock fast. They need some shade trees in their parking lot.

Signed up for my dad for him to get the military discount. The process at lowes was much easier and accommodating. The online process for Home Depot was confusing and discouraging to say the least. Took my dad to lowes first then Home Depot to start buying stuff for his home renovations. Lowes was simple just using his phone number at check out. Home Depot was useless. Still have zero idea how to get him the discount. The manager was nice enough to apply it for him however in the future I have no idea how he can use his discount. I think you are failing our retired Vets Home Depot. You can absolutely do better. Most of them are not tech savvy and are elderly. I have always preferred Home Depot over Lowes until this experience. Extremely dissatisfied and disheartened that this is how you treat our Military Population. And the woman associate at the Oneonta NY location that helped us was extremely rude and not helpful. The manager however was kind.

Great prices, knowledgeable staff. Grabbed a water tank pressure switch and was helped in understanding the different types and purposes and given advice in maintenance of my system. Accomodated my late arrival just before close understanding my emergency.
