The service staff was amazing! When we were stranded from out of town with an unfixable flat tire, they had an exact replacement in stock and made time for us in their schedule. The staff was friendly and professional, the waiting room was very nice and comfortable, and our last minute tire change was completed quickly. It was an all-around excellent experience!

Brought my car in for routine service. The staff were very pleasant, however, I don't feel that I received a good value for the service. My car had an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and cabin air filter replacement, brake cleaning, and NYS inspection. It totaled nearly $300, and the air pressure wasn't even corrected in my tires after the rotation, it was just left as is, which resulted in too much pressure in the rear tires and too little in the front. Next time I need service work at the dealer, I will probably consider an alternate location.

We were looking for our first (definitely not last) Subaru and after an unpleasant experience at another local Subaru dealership we decided to check out Romano Subaru. From the get go it was apparent that everyone at Romano really wants the customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. We were lucky enough to work with with Tony Hill and when any obstacles came our way he was always positive and prompt about getting any issues resolved. They have plexiglass partitions on every desk, hand sanitizer at the entrance, and they do not go with you on your test drive. They take a copy of your license before letting you try out the vehicle
Yes they do and a great service staff to change that oil if you don't want to!!!
