My wife Amanda robinson and I shop here all the time and Today 5/17 at approx 1243 to 1258 I waited in the store for 16 min while 3 staff members were helping 3 people once they were done selecting their product the staff member waited for the other staff member to check out customer in front of me instead of helping next customer which took another 3 min which isn’t the problem the problem is that a female came in the store 10 min after I did and got helped before me felt kinda profiled and I spend a lot of money in this store each month kinda sad that I won’t be going here and I’m one purchase away from getting enough points to purchase another mod for a $1horrible customer service today chief vapor time sensitive for me when I came in and you totally blew me as a customer I wish 0 stars

The staff is super knowledgeable about the mods and super helpful. A friend who went with me had a problem with her tank that could have been a safety issue and one of the ladies noticed then stood there and took the time to disassemble and fix her tank for her before we left. Super customer service!

We drove a good 35 mins to get here and it was totally worth it ! Great customer service, great vape accessories and flavors and we got new vapes ! Woo woo! Recommend Chief Vapes for sure!
