I’ve been trying to make an appointment since 8 am when they opened and it’s now 5 pm. I was told I needed a referral from the primary care doctor. I called the Primary doctor and they told me my insurance does not require referrals so there is no such form that Basset is asking me for. However, I called Basset and they said I need a letter from the doctor that they would use as a referral in order to make an appointment. So I Called the primary doctor and got a Letter faxed over. The girl named Ariel that was scheduling appointments told me she’d check to see if referral came. At first she said they didn’t get it and as soon as they got it I could make an appointment. Then I called again and she said she had to ask the admin team if they got it and they would call me back. They never did. The last time I called she said it takes them 3-5 days to process a referral. My health insurance does not require referrals! This is just their process. They said they don’t want me to get stuck with a bill my insurance company won’t pay. I told them they are listed under my insurance! We have insurance cards for that reason! Run as fast as you can from this place. They do not care about treating people.

Couldn't care less about my pain, decided what the problem was without listening to me. Drove more than 80 miles round trip for my useless visit. Still in pain, PA needs to learn to listen!

Convienant Care was awful. I got mansplained based on how educated the doctors were. I could hear the PA yelling in the hall at another oatioent about how smart he is and how he was doing SOMETHING G right all the years to still be there. My questions on treatment never answered. I could have been treated as a human with out of ordinary health concerns but instead they chose to NOT be safe and put my health at risk. Their reason is simply because they know better. I went to another doctor who was incredulous at the lack of treatment I was given. This is my second experience here where doctors have chosen a less safe treatment just because they say they know better (they admitted to a “grey area” where they have wiggle room. All other doctors have chosen to keep me safe and healthy. These doctors said eh you won’t have symptoms because I don’t THINK you will) Also, because I’ve been educated on my Illness (one that there are a lot of mis understandingsand the field admits to not fully knowing) and I was able to question them based on medical research I was told I was crazy. “I’ll treat you!!! For mental break down!!!” Is what I was told. Girls!!! Be careful you don’t let your brains show! Every male I encountered in this trip had a big misogynistic attitude. I wasn’t even allowed to talk without being talked over. “We went over this” I was told...NOOO you said how much you knew and I start to try to understand your point of view (the grey area) and you talk over me. YOU did all the talking. I am still not clear as to why they made decisions that put my health at risk. Thank goodness I went to my regular doctor who did the opposite and I’m taken care of

Yes, but they will offer you an appointment time when you get there that may be an hour or two after you arrive. However, they will often get you in sooner than that.
