Very good place to eat. There biggest problem is there lazy staff. If you have a question or a problem to where you need to call the after you got home with your order and something is wrong or you broke a tooth on a bone you can't call and talk to management on the phone. THERE TRASH AUTO PHONE SYSTEM WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT. BAD MOVE

The workers don't cook and put out food. Instead they tell you they are out of whatever they don't want to make. This occurs all throughout the day. They don't even make chips throughout the day. Instead they make 1 batch and pre make the bag with the smallest amount of chips and let them sit out all day and get stale. Once they hand them all out, they just say they are out of chips when all they have to do is cook more. Terrible, terrible service

My husband and I stopped in for takeout tonight at 8pm. They ran out of guacamole but are open until 10. We saw about 20 cases avocados -so they didn’t run out, they just didn’t want to make anymore. Also one of the front staff was rude shouting loudly “we are out of guacamole”! Not a good experience!

So bad. Chicken had weird stringy hard bits. They were rushed bc of a huge line and order was screwed up. Gave me cheese instead of guacamole. Paid for chips that never made it into the bag. No napkins available.
