this is my favorite post office, they are super fast with getting packages and letters sent out. The staff are so friendly too. I had trouble with sending out a large amount of letters at one time and they were so helpful with figuring out the problem and giving me a great solution.

Love this post office. They went out of their way to locate and pick up and return a package to me. The address was labled wrong from.the sender but still went all the way out on their way. The customer service is always great and welcoming and helpful. So proud to have a great little post office here in De Soto Ks!

I seen how they treated a customer. They over charged the guy, then shipped the package to let the receiving person pay the extra. The clerks have bad MORAL judgment. I will go out of my way to ship my packages after seeing how they treat and do business with other local customers. I felt sorry for the person that was wronged!!!!
