This place was pretty decent when my spouse, child, and I moved in. As time has gone on it's begun going down hill. They used to be great about scheduling and notices for inspection and filter changes. Now, more often then not, they just show up and go "whoops, you should have gotten a notice" when none was sent. They were fair about using the porches that they call "breezeways" as long as they aren't cluttered. I keep my bike and some potted plants out of the way on my porch. Now we're not allowed to keep anything but a small table and a chair. They put bike racks out with no covering and expect us to keep them there. Exposed to the sun and rain and snow and any other harsh element without cover. I, of course, will have to pay for any extra repairs to my bike with the increased exposure. There has been construction going on to expand for a year at this point. The noise has become a nuisance. And as time has gone on the quality of this place has made itself apparent. It was clearly built cheaply and probably by the same company that are taking their sweet time finishing the newer apartments. I would not suggest moving here to anyone. I've changed my rating from a two star to a one star. After they received emails to clarify about what was allowed on the porches and they responded with a snarky email, calling out some of those who had questions and suggest we review our lease. They could have easily copied and pasted the portion that specifies, or mentioned the section we could check, but instead had to respond with a snippy attitude towards those with questions. They were very unprofessional. I wasn't mentioning this place as a potential place to live for a couple friends I have moving soon, but now I am warning them against it. I will continue to warn anyone I know against moving here in the future.
