This Enterprise is the best in the area by far! (I've visited Oceanside,Vista, Carlsbad, San Marcos & Escondido)the manager Leo was the kindest most helpful person I have ever talked to in any rental place, he was the only one who managed to find me a car and follow up after 3 days of trying elsewhere after a total loss situation. Leo should be commended for the customer service he provides, from ease, communication, respect & results. Could not ask for a better car rental professional if I tried, definitely my go to & will spread the word after an amazing, seamless expirience, Thanks Leo!

Seriously I rented a car for five hours and got ripped off! Seriously robbed! The young man looked at me and charged me for a SUV price on an economy. I can’t believe the young people of today! They exploit an older woman every time! 30 years of renting with enterprise and this is how I am treated! Dropping it off a employee told me that guy should have given me advice on going on line to get a better deal! When I said something to him, he just blew smoke and mirrors didn’t accommodate me at all! Seriously this guy was evil!!

My first time renting from this location, and I was given a vehicle that no longer had coolant in the reservoir on my third day with it. I rented a car on Friday night to drive to Las Vegas. They gave me the car with no gas, and Sara insisted that this Mitsubishi Mirage had a 13 gallon tank. The tank holds less than 8 gallons. I drove it Saturday morning, to return to Oceanside Monday morning. When I started the car on Monday, the coolant light came on. I popped the hood, only to find the reservoir was dry. I refilled it with coolant so that I could make it home. I also now noticed the oil change reminder on the windshield says the last was done 8/27 and another one should have been done at approximately 27k miles. This car is at 33k. I spoke with the Enterprise branch representative, Colin, asking for them to pick up the car. He explained that an oil change was indeed done 2k miles ago, however he and I both know it is customary to top of fluids during that time. I advised him the fluid that I put in this morning is still there, so it is safe to assume there isn't a leak. Unfortunately, I don't feel this vehicle was properly prepared for the next rental. Currently, I am waiting for them to call me back and advise on their compensation plan. No one should expect to have to check their fluids in a rental car. I honestly feel this branch worked hard to rebuttal everything I said, instead of trying to figure out how they could rectify the situation. I am really disappointed in this experience and will most likely not be returning to this branch. **UPDATE** I never received a call back from Colin, as promised, so I returned the vehicle to the location. I was helped by Ryan who refunded me the cost of the coolant and day of the rental.

The guys who work here are great. However, if you have the misfortune of working with sarah she will leave you sitting outside in front of a dumpster for however long she feels while she takes calls. Also, the disinfectant they are using inside the car is ruining the touch screen. So good luck getting a car with a working navigator.
