The distribution center is open 24 hours. Entrance is off of the highway 24 frontage road on the north side of the plant. Drivers must slide tandems to the rear and locks them before entering the property. Drop and hooks need to write the spot number the trailer is dropped in. Live loads on time usually are loaded in less than 2 hours. If you are a late arrival they will work you in it may take a few extra hours. Restroom and vending machines along with a microwave are in the driver's area.

I called to ask for directions, was totally disrespected and talked to like,I was the village idiot said politely Hi I am in you're parking lot and I am trying to get to you're loading docks? The guy responded very slowly parking lot? Loading docks well there are 30 of them then said you just go straight when it went into a field, well I lost my temper and he hung up avoid this place unless you want a unhelpful person. I will be filing a complaint to smuckers corporate and the plant manager.

This place is a joke. What's the point of having an appointment for delivery if every time you arrive on time, or before, just to wait five or more hours past your appointment before unloading. If the Administration ever reads this, you better start making changes before the new vehicle movement restrictions are implemented in Dec 2018.

I brought frozen protein here. My appointment was at 6pm which I arrived on time for. It’s now midnight and have yet to be docked. If it is possible avoid this place like the plague. Crazy how often this sort of thing happens to us drivers. Makes it hard to justify being away from home. I really wish that trucking companies would just boycott places like this. The pick up for this load also took several hours.
