A bit pricey but still polite and helpful

The woman at the front desk, was just awful to say the least. I came to purchase some doors, and she did not want to honor a price that me and her coworker talked about separately through text, considering he texted me pictures of these said doors. So that was a hassle in itself. Then when I came to the place to get the doors, she just treated me like a inconvenience, only cared about me swiping my card, not giving me proper service that all customers deserve. In the end I was stiill respectful to her, but she needs to learn how to deal with the public instead of being snotty and uncouth. The man pulling the parts was a smarta** as well. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

Called and they said they had a fender. Surface rust on it they said. Price was right and I drove all the way down there. They pulled the car so I could check it out. Seen the rust and pushed on it with my finger and it went all the way through. Junk. Walked out. Don't know if I will give them another try or not. All these junk yards are the same. Tell you what you want to hear so you go there. Can't stand wasting my time.

These guys are great. I came at lunch so service was slow at first. However, I did receive a great product at a great price. The customer service actually turned out great as well. Ford Five Hundred Throttle body. No problems in 8 months... can't remember price... which is good! Lol.... give them a shot before you spend on a new part or order online.
