Was handled immediately upon arrival. All staff were friendly and helpful. All nurses were very kind and good at their job. All doctors were prompt and explained what was happening. A very positive experience. Thank you.

Avoid this hospital. Very few doctors and lots of know nothing employees. Doctors change daily and there is no communication with them. You don’t know the plan of care for your loved ones. I guess all the good potential doctors are lawyers or bankers making easy money.

Attention to patient was excellent. The only complaint is that the stay in the recovery room after the procedure might have been unnecessarily long (about three hours). The next day, I (on my own) and then asking the hospital operator to place the call were unable to get through to the patient. The only way to obtain information about the patient was by calling the nurse’s station and hoping they weren’t too busy to pick up.

I was brought for an emergency here. I ended staying for 5 days. Everyone at this hospital was so amazing! They were caring, compassionate and took care of not only myself but also included my family. They work as a team, their teamwork is admirable. Even though, I was far away from home (Seattle), they made me feel taken care of and as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you team, my family and I will forever hold you in our hearts. You made this difficult time easier by just being you!

Maybe because it worked on the tendon, you have to work hard with your physiotherapy stretches
The Emergency room moves at a pretty face pace with getting patients in and out; however, it all depends on several factors: 1. the time of day that you arrive there, 2. the severity of your issue, and/or 3. if someone is comes I that is more critical than you. When you do experience a problem with slowness in the Emergency room, it is often times due to some choosing to treat the hospital as a "doctor's office" instead of actually going to the doctor's office.
