I've been going here for gel manicures every 3-4 weeks for awhile now and I always have a great experience. I've also done pedicures here and have had my 5 year old daughter here for mani/pedi and I am highly satisfied every time. It's a very clean place and very quiet; it's always relaxing to be there! The quality of the gel manicures is the best I've found; I've gone to a few other places around Frederick and Brunswick and I always wind up peeling it off after like a week because the sides start peeling up. This is never an issue at Always Polished; my gel is always intact when I go back for me redo every few weeks. In addition to great service, I will always recommend this place because a few months ago I got a fresh gel manicure on a Saturday then found out on Sunday that the medical procedure I needed on Monday required I have clean nails. I went back less than 24 hours after my gel manicure and was really upset and told them what happened and they were so nice and understanding. Someone spent time to soak my nails and get off all the gel polish and when i tried to pay for the removal they would not take my money. I was so incredibly grateful for how they handled that. I was already a fan of theirs, but now I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years and have been searching for a new place to go. After months I think I have finally found it. Stopped by on a whim today and was so glad I did. I came in as a walk in and got a pedicure and acrylic fill in. Carmen did a fantastic job on my toes. It was relaxing and exactly what I was looking for. Henry did my nails and knocked it out of the park. He listened to me and worked to correct the issues I had with my nail shape. They look fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and the environment was super clean. I will absolutely be back and can not wait to bring friends and family with me.

First I will say the place is clean and fresh. That would get 5 stars. I selected the $35 express pedicure which costs $ 35 plus $10 more for callous remover. My $45 pedicure lasted 22 minutes ( deducting the time she was on the phone and tending to others.) The polish job is the worst I have ever had (1 star). So on average, 3 stars.

My sister and I had appointments here and it was disappointing especially for the price that they ask for. A man took care of my sister and he painted her nails so fast and left without saying bye. A lady came over and put lotion on her and took care of her at the register. After I got my nails done I saw my sisters nails and they are awful!! Nothing like the gel sample they had in the book. It looks like she didn’t even get her nails done which I will post a picture of her nails. They were supposed to be this beautiful white sparkly color that looked dark to cover the nail. It was false advertisement. Honestly, I’m so shocked that the man let her walk out like that. He didn’t ask her if she liked the color, or would like another coat, he did them so quick and walked away. Mind you we had an appointment and my sister was treated like she didn’t have one. The man spent no time on her nails. My nails look okay and better than my sisters, but we will not be coming back. There is better quality out there with much lower price. It’s too expensive for what you get.
